The 'OHO Lab' features beautifully crafted
"Open Heart" noteworthy origami cards in vibrant colors & styles
for you, your loved ones, people around you, seniors, essential workers, & prisoners.
After enduring over two years of seclusion, illness, and stress, the fundamental aspects of social connection and a sense of belonging
have significantly waned. These, however, remain pivotal for our mental well-being.
At its core, the 'OHO Lab' embodies a commitment to disseminate the art of mindful origami folding. The intention is to forge meaningful connections among humanity through shared values, all while striving for an elevated collective state of well-being.
Our collective thoughts, diverse viewpoints, spiritual practices, and emotional capacities are the tools that enable us to thrive and create together. This is a moment to introspect, to re-establish a bond with nature, and to care for both oneself and others.
We are interwoven in a web of love – a mutual exchange where nurturing oneself translates to nurturing the entire community.
Join us virtually & in person at libraries, parks, & museums throughout the U.S. to make "OHO/Open Heart Origami" with gratitude & mindful intention for yourself, your family & friends; for frontline heroes, essential workers, senior citizens, & prisoners through a movement powered by Olifeclass.org in collaboration with the "Free Book Distribution" program from the Buddhist Association of the United States [BAUS]. We inspire simple acts of good through 'OHO Lab', such as diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and health and wellness.
May the ethos of love, gratitude, and community flourish through 'OHO Lab.' Let's brighten someone's day and embrace each other with open hearts!
