After enduring more than 2 years of social isolation, sickness, & tension, social connection & a sense of belonging have decreased immensely, yet they are some of the most essential drivers of our mental wellbeing.
‘OHO Lab' is about sharing a simple paper art of folding with mindful intention to connect humanity through moral values & strive for a greater collective well-being.
It is the many thoughts, opinions, spiritual practices, & emotional capacities that allow us to create & thrive together. Let's take this opportunity to look within, to reconnect with nature, & to take care of yourself & others.
